Our local authority client in South London requires a Housing Officers to undertake Housing Enforcement. You will liaise with tenants, landlords, and other agencies, and have the opportunity and support to use the range of powers available to you to improve the housing standards and living conditions of some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. This role will be suitable for people who have recently got the HHSRS certificate and have 6 months Housing experience.
In order to qualify you will have to demonstrate that you have good housing enforcement skills as you will be dealing with landlords. You must hold the HHSRS certificate.
The client is offering rates from £20-£24PH LTD. Our client is looking to fill this role shortly and will offer 6 month contract.
