Environmental Health Officer/Technical Officer - Housing

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Environmental Health Housing Officers who are looking to work on a per inspection basis and outside IR35!

Our client, based in the South West of England are looking to appoint an EHO to undertake 150 HMO Inspections. You will be expected to conduct inspections of Licensed HMOs, identifying and reporting and take the necessary action to bring about compliance with standards and legislation.

In order to be considered, it is essential that you have the following;
-Experience of building construction and technology, including the housing fitness standard and a working knowledge of the Building Regulations
-Knowledge of the Housing Grants criteria and procedures
-Knowledge and experience of enforcement procedures
