Full Description
Our client, based in South East London are looking for x2 experienced Officers with at least 1 years in a housing field, you will also need to be competent in application of HHSRS and enforcement, Good working knowledge of HMOs, additional licensing and Management regulations. You will be asked to undertake inspection and enforcement duties including those of a more complex nature, interpret and draft reports, prepare legal reports, apply for warrants and statements as well as attend Court.
The Successful candidate may be EHRB registered or not but they need someone who can do all of the above with minimal guidance.
If successful you will be offered £28-£30PH LTD this contract will run until June so it is the perfect oppertunity for those who are looking for roles that will see them through to the new financial year.
