Environmental Health Officer/Technical Officer - Housing

Our client, based in East Midlands is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Environmental Health/Technical Housing Officer. You will be involved with a range of inspection and enforcement related work in particular responsibilities which relate to public health and housing matters including tackling rogue landlords.

Our client requires an officer who is able to hit the ground running; therefore it is imperative that you have recent experience within this field. You must also have experience of drafting complex housing act notices.

The initial contract will run from mid November until mid February 2019 and the rate can be negotiated.
