Full Description
Our client in London has a number of food premises inspections to be completed over the next 3 months. The premises range from C, D and Unrated and your role will be to complete a full inspection and produce the FHRS; you may be required to issue a letter in cases of major contraventions. The work programme is flexible and can be tailored to suit your availability.
To apply you will need to be food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice. We will need evidence of your qualifications and your competency record alongside your CPD record.
