Our client, based in South Essex are looking for either a suitably qualified or experienced Pollution Officer. The vacancy is to cover long term sickness and enable the continuation of EH Environmental Protection complaint investigations for statutory nuisance and public health related matters within the area.
The successful candidate must be able to be mobile around the borough and flexible to complete investigations that may require visits outside normal office hours. It is crucial that you have experience in serving abatement notices, collating evidence and prosecution files and be able to confidently attend court with the appropriate experience and competencies this would require.
will be the bulk of the work. it would also be desirable if you are also able to help with noise nuisance complaints but this is not essential.
This contract will offer full time hours however flexible (working days) paying £35-40PH LTD
