Our local authority client, based in South Yorkshire are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Protection Officer. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a professional regulatory advice and guidance specifically relating to Environmental Health work around planning consultations and Environmental Permitting including enforcement and regulation in line with statutory requirements.
In order to be considered, it is essential that you hold an Environmental Health Degree or CIEH approved Post-Grad Degree. You must also have experience in planning consultations and Environmental Permitting. Without this the client will not consider your application.
The role is due to start at the beginning of April and will run for an initial 3 months. The pay rates will be between £35-£40 depending on experience.
