Our client, located in North East England have 100 Cat D inspections to be completed before the end of March 2020. This work can be done out of hours and weekends so it would suit those who are in full time employment. The inspections can be split between two inspectors as well. No additional paper work will be required other then what is completed on site after which you hand t back to the client.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have local authority experience, undertaking food HY inspections (1 year minimum within the last year with no gaps) and hold 20 hours of CPDs and have completed the Food Competency Assessment.
