Our client, based in East London are looking for an experienced EP officer To undertake the Council’s statutory functions in relation to reactive and programmed noise services, including ensuring compliance with codes of practice, guidance and legislation, such as Licensing Act inquiries relating to noise, section 61 Control of Pollution Act 1974 applications, reviewing planning applications with regards to noise. In addition, the post holder will support the wider work of the Air Quality & Environmental Protection Service.
In order to be considered, our clients are looking for someone who has the Environmental Health Degree or Diploma and/or other Noise related qualification. You must also have experience of investigating all types of complaints within Environmental Health relating to Noise, Public Health, Pollution and other nuisance.
Initial contract will run for 3 months and the pay will be up to £34 per hour. Happy to submit anyone looking to work remotely and or P/T or F/T.
