Our client, based in South East London, are looking for an Environmental Health Manager to manage and support a team of Environmental Health Officers undertaking inspection and enforcement duties including those of a more complex nature.
As the EH Manager you will be asked to Interpret and draft reports; report and advice Chief Officers and Members etc on environmental health and safety matters. Yu will also need to attend committees, working parties etc. as appropriate and give evidence at legal proceedings and public enquiries.
They need a Qualified Environmental Health Officer who is EHORB registered and has the knowledge and ability to apply and interpret the related areas of law .
You must also have a UK driving licence and have your own car available to use at work.
If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract that is likely to be extended and you will be paid £300-£350 per day.
