Our client in Essex require an established Enviro Enforcement Officer to undertake a range of enforcement work and activity aimed at engaging with the community in an effort tackle enviro crime and ASB issues. Our client is looking at innovative ways to respond to issues and will provide a full training programme designed to ensure that you can deliver the duties associated with the post in accordance with legislation and set guidelines.
You will be working as part of a multi-agency team so you will need to be a good team player with strong communication skills. As the role progresses you will be tasked with organising the workloads and you will assume full responsibility for the supervision and co-ordination of work for the Environmental Care Team so the role has excellent development potential.
The initial contract will be 3-6 months with scope to extend considerably. It would be ideal if you have a car available for business use and if so a mileage rate will be paid. The pay rate will be at least £18/hr (umbrella).
