Our client based in West London requires a Planning Enforcement Officer to join them on a contract basis. You will be required to investigate suspected planning breaches and work to resolve them efficiently. As required you will be conducting site visits and documenting relevant technical information to help inform the decision making process and where necessary act as evidence in prosecution cases.
Applicants must have some Enforcement experience including operational, legal and technical issues. You will have experience of investigating and resolving difficult, high profile and significant breaches of legislation, dealing with the public in potentially confrontational situations and of report writing, briefing notes and producing witness statements.
The role has initially been released as a 3 month contract though it could be extended and the rate offered is £25/hr (inside IR35). This will be a home based role though you will be required to carry out site visits. Please get in touch for more information.
