Our client, based in the South East of England are looking to appoint an experienced EHO/Private Sector Housing Officer who is able to investigate complaints and HMO inspections (mainly s257s).
Our client requires someone who very experienced within this area, you would need to be able to start with minimum raining. As such you must have at least 4 years experience within this field. EHORB would be desirable but the HHSRS is essential.
This contract is for 6 months so perfect for those looking beyond march 2022. They are very flexible, happy to consider F/T and P/T and home working is available, you must be able to be on site however for inspections.
Rates for this role will start at £35 Umbrella Ltd.
