Full Description
Our client, based in North London are looking to appoint an experienced Principal Environmental Health Office who is able to process planning applications on behalf of this Council's environmental health service as a statutory consultee. They need an Officer to deal with planning consultations with knowledge and experience in respect of the specific areas acoustics and noise control and air quality. They are flexible and will consider someone who take on partial Management experience as well as the more complex cases or someone who can solely deal with the processing of cases.
To be successful you will also need to hold relevant qualification within this field (EHRB registration, Diploma Acoustics & Noise Control etc) and demonstrate recent experience of undertaking this work for a Local Authority.
They are looking for someone full time and this role is hybrid working so they a relooking for a 3 / 2 office vs home split. If successful you will be office an initial 3 month contract paying £40-£45PH and if you are looking to do the partial Management of the tam this can increase to £45-£50PH.
