Our client, based in the North West London are looking for someone to assist a back log of Contaminated land consultations and Air Quality cases they have. They are looking to take on an hourly rate on a full tome basis however this can be split into 2 half FTE’s
To be successful, this Council are looking to appoint an contractor to assist the team on for an initial 3 months, this is likely to be extended. To be successful in this application it is crucial that you have experience in complex planning applications in regards to contaminated land and Air Quality for another Local Authority. You also need to be able to work on the schedule mentioned above. This work will be on a hybrid basis with home and office working.
