Our client located in Kent is looking to appoint an experienced EH Housing Officer. They require someone to predominately deal with housing relating complaints, HMOs, HMO licensing and to do HHSRS assessments when needed. They are also looking for people with experience in DFG work in the inspection of Caravan sites.
In order to be considered you must have a minimum of two years experience of undertaking the work required, you must also possess either a BSc or Higher Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health, or another relevant degree and must be Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualified. Knowledge of Uniform will put you in a strong position.
Our client requires someone who can start ASAP. the contract will run for an initial 3 months but this is expected to be extended for further 3 months. Pay rates will reflect your experience and qualifications form £30-£40PH LTD DFG experience will mean you will be the top end of that scale
