Our client, based in Essex are looking for a full time only Private Sector Housing Officer solely to process and issue HMO licence applications and undertake any inspections and enforcement for HMOs and Housing standards.
This role will require at least 2 years experiences within a local authority setting. You must, at a minimum hold the HHSRS certificate. The Contract is due to start ASAP. Experience of using Civica APP system would be a real advantage.
The initial contract will be for 3 months however this maybe extended. They are paying £33PH-£40PH Umbrella and there is scope to work from home when not on district.
