Our client, based in Essex are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their team in October. They are looking at engaging someone part time / ad-hoc to undertake some private sector housing work – HHSRS / HMO / Housing complaints, etc. The person will need to be experienced enough to hit the ground running and require minimal support, as due to maternity and sickness, they currently are under skilled in this area of work.
This role will require at least 2 years experiences within a local authority setting. You must, at a minimum hold the HHSRS certificate.
The Contract is due to start Mid to late October and is for 3 months however it is likely to be extended.
This role with involve you being on district however the rest of with work will be completed form home or using office hot-desk if you prefer. They are paying £30-£35PH LTD.
