Our local authority client, based in Surrey are looking to appoint an experienced EH Housing officer to perform private sector housing work, (HMO, HHSRS assessments, illegal evictions, harassment and housing nuisance- service of appropriate notices) it is also important that you have experience with Civica database systems.
This role will require an experienced housing enforcement officer with HHSRS experience in HMOs. Our client will not consider anyone without this experience, you must have at least 2 years experience within Private Sector Housing in a local authority setting.
This role is due to start as soon as possible and will run for an initial 3 months. Rates will be up to £30-£38 per hour (Umbrella).
