Our client, in South East London have an opportunity for a housing enforcement/licensing officer in the selective licensing and enforcement team. The main work will centre dealing with housing disrepair complaints and also HMO inspections.
Applicants should have HHSRS training, experience of housing enforcement, experience of local government work, the ability to work across teams. Experience of IT systems and databases is crucial, all applicants should be ready for a challenging and rewarding job.
If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract paying up to £29 depending on experience and qualifications (EHRB registration desirable).
