Our client, based in the North East are looking to appoint an experienced Housing Environmental Health Officer to work in their Private Sector Safety Team. You will be expected to carry out a range of proactive and reactive casework in the Private Sector Safety Team including; Surveying and inspecting land and buildings under relevant legislation, drawing up reports, specifications and schedules of works where applicable and collecting samples, when appropriate.
In order to be considered, it is absolutely essential that you have experience of working within this field, for a local authority. You must have Experience of a wide range of enforcement of relevant environmental health legislation.
The contract is currently running for three months, however the client has stated that more then likely it will extend. This contract will pay £28-£31 PH LTD.
