Our client, based in South London are looking for confident and competent Private Sector Housing enforcement professionals with experience of surveying and inspections of sub-standard privately rented homes in accordance with technical and enforcement guidance and local management practices. The ideal candidate will have equivalent local authority experience in all aspects of the work including liaising with our clients, arranging initial inspections, undertaking risk assessments under HHSRS and then taking the appropriate action and keeping accurate records.
The Successful candidate may be EHRB registered or not but they need someone who can do all of the above with minimal guidance.
If successful you will be offered £28. This contract is due to start in October and will continue for an initial 6 months.
