Full Description
Our client, based in Staffordshire are looking to appoint an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer. You will be carrying out surveys of properties and taking subsequent appropriate action in connection with Identification, inspection and risk assessment of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and licensing of HMOs in accordance with HMO Licensing requirements. You will contribute to improving the quality of the private sector housing stock within the borough, investigating reports of sub-standard housing conditions and poor management practices.
Our client requires someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience of working within this field. You must also hold the HHSRS certificate.
This role requires an ASAP start and will run for at least 3 months, paying £45PH.
