Our client, in South London, is looking to appoint an Environmental Health Officer to a role that will have you carry out the function of an EHO within the Residential Environmental Health Team. Your typical day to day work will include inspections under HHSRS and dealing with routine queries and complaints from tenants and carrying out subsequent investigations.
To apply for this role it is absolutely essential that you hold the HHSRS qualification and have recent work experience carrying out inspections under this framework. You will need to be fully conversant with the latest legislation and best practice guidelines within private sector housing. All candidates must have experience licensing properties and HMOs under the Housing Act 2004.
The contract will run for an initial period of 3 months starting ASAP. They are looking to pay £37PH LTD and know that this is below market rates so we can submitting rates with CVs and letting them decide if they can pay it once they see the CV.
