Full Description
Our local authority client, based in South London are seeking a professional with experience in Environmental Health or Housing Standards to join their Residential Enforcement Team. You will be dealing with Housing standards in the private rented sector and issues including HHSRS inspections and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
In order to be considered, you will need a qualification in Environmental Health or the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) or have experience in dealing with the above.
This is a 3 month contract and will pay £35 - £45PH Umbrella depending on experience and the Manager will discuss this rate at interview.
