Our local authority client, based in Hertfordshire are seeking a professional with experience in Environmental Health or Housing Standards to join their Residential Enforcement Team. You will be dealing with Housing standards in the private rented sector and issues including HHSRS inspections and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). For the bulk of the orle you will be asked to process Mandatory, Additional and Selective licence applications to ensure that rented homes in the borough meet the correct standards.
In order to be considered, you will need a qualification in Environmental Health or the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) or have experience in dealing with the above.
This is an initial 3 month contract and will pay £35-£40PH per hour Umbrella, this is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
