Our client, based in South Wales are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Food officer to a contract that will see you until the end of March 2023. The role will encompass mainly the undertaking of Food Hygiene inspections to aid the Authority comply with the Food recovery plan.
In order to be considered, you must have the Environmental Health degree and hold the EHORB or Higher Food cert. You must hold a minimum of 20 hours of CPDs covering the last 2 years and have completed the competency matrix.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hrs a week, Mon-Fri with an expectation that some work may be undertaken during the evening or early mornings.
