We are currently looking for a suitably qualified EHO who would be interested in some project work in South West England. We have a client who we have delivered work for previously who will be looking to outsource some inspection work ASAP so we would like to hear from anyone who has availability to carry out full food hygiene inspections on an ad hoc basis. The work programme will be very flexible and you will be able to complete around any existing work commitments; the premises will be mainly Category D.
To apply you will need to provide us with an up to date CV, a copy of your food CPD record for the past two years and copies of your academic and professional qualifications i.e. evidence that you are food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice.
