Our client wishes to appoint an Environmental Health Officer to a full time or part role that will focus on the completion of Approx 200 Predominantly category D, and some category C, broadly complaint premises. Where required you will deploy appropriate business support and regulatory approaches to bring about a sustained improvement in compliance with legal food safety and hygiene standards and you will be working closely with FBOs to provide best practice guidance and to answer any technical queries they may have.
To apply for this role you will need to be EHRB registered and food competent as defined by the FSA Code of Practice guidelines. You will need experience of inspecting premises of the risk rating mentioned above and you will need to be comfortable dealing with queries; a professional business manner is required.
The role will last until at least the end of March and rates are negotiable depending on your level of experience around £35-£40 Umbrella.
