Our client in Hertfordshire is looking to appoint a part time qualified EHO with a food safety background to assist with their peak in workload for a three month period. You will carry out the full range of duties with an emphasis on premises inspection work.
To apply you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong background in local authority food safety / enforcement work. You will need to have a very good level of technical knowledge and the ability to hit the ground running as our client is very busy and they need you to be able to pick up a case load from day one. You must also be a qualified environmental health officer with EHRB registration.
The role is being offered on a part time basis and this can be from 2-4 working days. They are looking to get someone in by the end of September.
