Our client, based in South London, have an opportunity for a 24 hour a week contractor for 10 months to undertake Food and Safety duties. You will be asked to carry out reactive work, undertaking inspections, maybe doing some Public Health related work in infection control etc. You will also be asked to carry out routine inspections, complaints and other duties working in a busy Food team for a Local Authority.
To successful you will need to be a fully Food competent EHO and have completed a Food Hygiene Inspection for a local Authority in the last 3 months, you must have a CPD completed in the last 1-2 years and have the qualifications associated with Food competency.
They are looking for 3 days per week, one of which is a Friday and you will be paid £45PH Umbrella. There is home working avlaiable however due to the nature of the work you will be on district frequently too.
