Our client, based in Surrey, are looking for an AQ Officer for 4 months initially. They are looking for someone who can manage their work load in regards to Air Pollution, Statutory Nuisance and Planning Applications within a busy Pollution team. They have specifically said that the successful candidate will not need to have knowledge in Part B processes.
The right person will be able to show they have experience in the above environmental health disciplines within a public sector environment. If you are EHRB registered then you will be in a strong position however this is not crucial. The council offer flexible working and are ideally looking for someone who can work full time, some of the work can be carried out remotely however access the to Council Offices is imperative.
If successful you will be offered an initial 4 month contract paying £33-£36PH LTD and the most important part of the application is the CV, other aspects can be tailored for right person.
