Our local authority client, based in Kent have an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for long term contracts. They are looking for an experienced Environmental Health Housing officer to join their small but busy team in the New Year. Duties to include inspecting premises using the HHSRS.
This role, at the very minimum requires you to hold the HHSRS Certificate in order to be considered and the client would prefer at least 2 years’ experience of working within this field in a local authority setting as well.
As mentioned, this is a long term contract, 12 months starting in January. The client needs someone who can commit to 3 days per week. Home working may be available and this can be discussed as your working arrangement with the client. Rates will start from £40 per hour.
