Our client, based in South East London are looking to appoint an experienced EH Housing officer to undertake inspections of properties within the borough. They require someone who is able to inspect properties and when needed utilise enforcement powers. You may also be required to work with their selective licensing team.
Our client requires someone who is able to start ASAP and without any training. You need to have worked within this field for at least 2/3 years and at a minimum hold the HSSRS certificate. Our client will not consider anyone who does not have this.
The contract will run until the end of March 2022 and will pay between £37 to £43 per hour Umbrella.
