Our local authority client, based in Essex are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing officer. The role will encompass all that would be required for HMO Licensing and Housing Enforcement. Our client is very flexible, they are willing to consider anything up to 36 hours per week and admin/data can be done from home. If you can only commit to ½ days per week please do get in touch as the client may also be able to consider this.
This role will require an established officer, they need someone who can hot the ground running and preferably the sooner the better. At a minimum you must hold the HHSRS Certificate, EHORB would be a desirable qualification. For now, the contract will run until the end of March but there may be scope for an extension beyond that.
Rates for this role will start from £35 per hour Umbrella.
