- Proven extensive experience in the private sector, with a track record of delivering effective and efficient schemes/projects to time and budget.
- Proven extensive experience of project management of and processing of complex major planning applications including the appointment of consultants whilst ensuring that the benefits of multi-disciplinary working are exploited to the full.
- Proven record in business development and sound commercial awareness.
- Proven record in successfully leading and managing planning teams.
- Strong professional reputation and network of contacts.
