Our client requires 2 Customer Service Officers to join their social housing department. Specifically you will be working within the Leaks From Above team fielding calls from residents experiencing plumbing issues. Your role will be to record all relevant details and then work to ensure plumbers arrive at the destination on time and works are complete.
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a similar role within a social housing team but those with solid customer service skills in other areas will also be experienced.
The hours are 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday and our client is based in South East London. The contract will run until at least Xmas, possibly beyond and the pay rate will be £12.82/hr (umbrella).
