Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with experience of the council tax and benefits system and providing advice and information to those making contact with a local authority housing department.
You will join a busy call centre environment and will be expected to deal with a range of 1st stage queries. In most cases you will be able to provide on the spot advice but occasionally you will direct service users to other services so you will need a good overall understanding of the role of a social housing team. You will need good admin skills and ideally you will have previous experience of Northgate, i-world or Civica.
The role is based in Richmond (Twickenham) and will initially be offered for 3 months. The rate will be around £16-£18/hr (umbrella).
