Full Description

Our client has multiple vacancies within their Customer Services team and is looking to hire people ASAP. The roles sit within a social housing departments and will require you to respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.

You will be expected to deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting the Council. Specifically you will be dealing with requests for repairs to be carried out so you will need knowledge of this and the process involved in logging requests and ensuring they reach the correct departments across the Council with the exact information required.

You will need to quickly be able to develop knowledge of key internal policies and procedures and combine this with your previous customer service experience to ensure you deliver an excellent service. You will be joining a large team in a fast paced environment so our client needs people who can quickly integrate into the team.

In return, they will offer a contract that will run until at least the end of January 2020 and pay a very good rate - £18/hr (umbrella). They are based in West London with excellent transport links.
