Full Description

Our client is looking to recruit to 4 vacant posts within their Housing Assessment / Needs team. The posts are essentially admin / customer service support roles and would be well suited to those working in customer service within a social housing organisation / local authority who are looking to broaden their experience. In the role of Customer Service / Assessment Officer you will be carrying out a range of admin tasks such as responding to email enquiries and you will act as a key first point of contact for calls coming into the department.

Ideally our client would like to recruit those with previous social housing experience and some knowledge of the housing benefits and / or universal credits system but this is not essential. Of most importance to this role are strong IT and admin skills and a professional telephone manner.

The roles are based in North West London, very close to Wembley and well paid at £17/hr (umbrella). This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to progress their social housing career. The contract will be offered on a 3 month rolling basis.
