Full Description

This role sits within our client's FM and Property Team and primarily serves to ensure business and finance processes are carried out and in line with agreed processes; to be monitored through their Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. The role is heavily admin focused with a need to maintain an Audit matrix, training/equipment calibration records for direct labour resources and various other department filling systems, both physical and electronic.

On a regular basis you will be required to circulate data and information to service managers and you will liaise with the central compliance team where required. Specifically you will be required to undertake contract administration duties in respect for our client's utilities contracts for all corporate properties and you will work with the Energy Manager to monitor energy usage. Other contracts will cover areas such as maintenance and project works contracts and you will help ensure appropriate procedures are followed, programmes and financial records (spend, invoicing and works in progress) are maintained and up to date.

The role will suit someone who has worked in a local authority or another public sector organisation and has experience of contracts administration of the type mentioned above. A keen eye for detail is absolutely essential and you will need a high level of IT competency. You will need to be able to engage with a range of diverse stakeholders and effectively transmit key information. It is important you are able to be involved with multiple work streams and you have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.

The role is based in West London, will run until at least the end of June and you will work on a shift pattern between 8am and 5pm. The pay rate will be £17-£20/hr (umbrella).
