Full Description

Our client needs to appoint a Contract Performance Manager to take up a role looking at their service delivery within their Adult Leaning and Skills service. The team exists to maximises access to learning for adults aiming to help bring about new opportunities and improve lives and well being.

You will be part of a team that delivers a high standard of customer service to learners, colleagues, tutors, stakeholders and other professionals. You will help implement and manage a range of data systems and you will manage information and work with third parties such the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the European Social Fund to obtain funding and implement programmes of activity.

One of your key responsibilities will be carrying out the performance management of contractors, suppliers and procured services, working to ensure best value and standards of delivery are met.

We are looking for someone who is good with data and information handling and is well organised in their approach to work. Ideally you will have experience of managing data submissions to funding agencies e.g. Education and Skills Funding Agency, OFSTED.

The role would suit someone with very good contracts admin experience within a Local Authority, perhaps in a role such as Technical Officer or Project Support Officer.

The role will be offered for 3-6 months minimum and pay at least £22/hr (umbrella). Our client is a Local Authority in the North West. Standard working week is 37 hours.
