Excellent opportunity to secure a long term contract (9-12 months) working in our client's income and lettings team. You will help mahge the re-lettinsg service, focusing your efforts on managing garages, parking spaces and storage sheds across this south London Borough. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and information and monitor and manage waiting lists in an efficient manner.
Typical day to day activity will include: - Conducting sign up interviews with new customers - Processing data to enable rent accounts to be initiated - Carrying out site visits to inspect void garages - Raising any disrepair issues
To carry out the role we would really like to see some previous lettings experience, it may appeal to those who have worked in social housing. You will need a driving licence and you will need to be comfortable carrying out unaccompanied inspections. It is absolutely essential that you have good organisational skills and a positive attitude towards good customer service.
The rate will be £20-£24/hr (umbrella) so this is a great opportunity.
