This role focuses on managing contracts in connection with high value responsive repairs and cyclical and ad-hoc capital contracts for our local authority client. A key part of the role will involve will providing IT support in writing bespoke OHMS and Access reports for generating information for effective repairs and investment planning for housing stock. The role is very commercial in it's focus and you will be required to monitor and benchmark contract performance carry out financial forecasting and auditing and carry out regular contract review activity.
You will need an excellent understanding of commercial contract management and previous experience working within social housing, with specific knowledge of housing repairs. It is absolutely essential that you have advanced IT and data management skills with the ability to use Excel, Access and databases. You will need good report writing skills and you will need to be confident managing a busy schedule.
The initial contract will be offered for 6 months and the pay rate will be around £21-£23/hr (umbrella). Our client is based in South London.
