Full Description

In your role as a Contract Cost And Performance Manager, your main focus will be on developing, managing and reporting on Property Services revenue and capital programmes. A key part of this role will involve statistical analysis and implementing appropriate QA systems to monitor processes, costs and project life cycles in an effort to deliver best value and overall project efficiency. Your work will cover, stock investment forecasts, condition surveys, asset appraisal schemes (including disposals), fire safety projects and general compliance inspections

You will be required to required to develop performance and monitoring systems in relation to budget, forecasting, variance reporting, output performance and KPIs and provide regular analyses and reports on the capital and revenue programme's economic effectiveness. On a regular basis you will be responding to queries from senior managers and councillors across various departments and you will provide statistical reports and complex data which will need to be explained in a clear and concise manner.

You can expect to be making use of a wide range of IT systems including Keystone and Northgate and you will be expected to maintain a regular audit to ensure accuracy of reporting data.

To carry out this role you will need an excellent knowledge of financial reporting, in particular management accounts and you will need to have excellent data analysis skills. You will need to be confident managing a busy, complex workload and you will need to be able to work under pressure when required to deliver solutions to complex problems.

The role is based in NW London, expected to run until at least the end of March 2020 and will pay around £28/hr (umbrella).
