Our local authority client, based in East Midlands are looking to appoint an experienced Contaminated Land Officer. This role will primarily be responding to planning applications, discharge of planning conditions and search requests.
As mentioned, this role requires an experienced officer, you must have at least 5 years of working within this field. You must hold suitable qualifications for this role as well.
This is a part time position, working remotely. You will be working at least 11 hours per week starting mid-June 2023 for approximately 3 months. Hourly rate will be £40 and IR35 TBC.
