Our client requires an experienced Compliance / Contracts Manager to organise and supervise a range of ongoing fire safety projects. You will provide strategic direction and risk management accountability for compliance related activity.
You will manage and lead a team and you will oversee the creation of checklists, inspections and audits. A key function of your role will be work scheduling and determining, through a risk based approach, an appropriate works programme.
You will be required to carry out regular site visits, some of which may need to be undertaken outside routine office hours.
To carry out this role you will need prior experience of managing works contracts and you will need good budget management experience. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple project streams and you will need good communication skills.
The role is based in North West London and will pay £400/day. Initial contract will be 3-6 months
