Our client in East London is looking to appoint a Commissioning Project Manager to work as part of the COVID and Infection Control response.
As the Commissioning Project Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Review the current service.
Engage with other boroughs on how infection control is commissioned.
Evidence base on how best to commission infection control services.
Carry out a quick audit of where we are currently, discussing with key stakeholders - CCG/ GP Confederation, etc.
Engage with all North East London (NEL boroughs) - explore what is the appetite for a shared service?
Identify budget and write spec - use a small working group of stakeholders to support the work

As an experienced contractor you will be able to demonstrate:
Ability to interpret the data - use qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Communication skills to engage with stakeholders
Writing skills and basic commissioning skills to understand the process
Good project management skills.
This project is initially set for a 3 month period with the scope for extension thereafter and the pay rate is £500/day umbrella.
