Our client, based in the North of London is looking to appoint a Commissioning Manager to help support the Older People and Frailty Service to deliver a strategically relevant, best value and user-centred support commissioning function.
The post-holder will play a proactive role in developing and improving commissioning practice, service delivery models and partnership working across a wide network of local, regional and national stakeholders. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of relevant Council strategies and plans ensuring that older people care and support services are well articulated and their value recognised.
The ideal candidate will have experience of commissioning social care and support in a similar environment, specifically in Adult and older life care, from tendering through to contract monitoring.
This assignment is set for an initial period of 3 months, with a likely extension thereafter and the pay rate is £450/day umbrella. If you feel you have the relevant experience, then please get in touch to find out more.
