This role is working for a Local Authority in North West London and is a key appointment to support the Head of Property and Asset Management. Your core task will be managing the Council’s asset portfolio efficiently and proactively, including taking a lead role in managing the relationship with their outsourced Estates provider.
This is a role that would be well suited to an experienced commercial surveyor who is accustomed to working on a large portfolio. The workload is high and can be quiet demanding so we need someone who enjoys a challenge and is a confident decision maker. Ideally you will be MRICS accredited.
To apply you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar capacity. You will need excellent communication skills and you will need to have a pro-active attitude to forming effective working relationships.
The rate on offer is £350/day but this may be negotiable; please state your day rate expectation when you apply. The contract will be at least 3 months with potential to extend significantly.
